Your email address, your first name if you give it, the skills you pick and your weekly training schedule. We use them to send you your program, the daily email course, and afterwards tips and offers about our coaching (Movement Freedom System), including invitations to a free Fit Call. Your program link contains only your skill and schedule choices - never your name or email address.
Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You give it with the tick box on this page and confirm it with the button in the email we send you (double opt-in). We store when you signed up and when you confirmed, as proof.
Kit, Inc. (USA), our email provider, stores your details and sends our emails. Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) hosts this website; its servers record technical data such as your IP address to show you the site securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Both work on our behalf under data processing agreements. Transfers to the USA are based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, and otherwise on EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Kit shows us whether you open our emails and which links you click. We use this to time your email course and to see which lessons are useful. This is part of your consent.
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising tools. Your program page remembers a few things in your own browser (localStorage) so it works the way you expect: the ladders you swapped, your difficulty lights, which email lesson to show, and whether you closed the home-screen tip. This stays on your device and is never sent to us. You can delete it in your browser settings.
Skill clips play from this website. Some tutorial videos are on YouTube: they load only when you tap them, in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). When you tap, YouTube (Google) receives your IP address and which video you watch. Legal basis: your consent by tapping (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG).
Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your data. If you never confirm your sign-up, we delete it within 60 days. After you unsubscribe, we keep your email address on a block list so we never email you again by mistake, and the record of your consent for up to 3 years as proof.
You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data, restrict or object to its processing, get it in a portable format, and withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. Just email hi@softacroaaron.com. You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority, for example the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (HBDI), Wiesbaden.
